Research on Organizational Capability and Inclusive Leadership

This report explores the skills and needs of Empowerment Hub staff in organizational management
and inclusive leadership, alongside the labour market integration of Ukrainian women in Italy, the
Netherlands, and Sweden. Conducted between May and July 2025, it combines insights from
professionals with the lived experiences of Ukrainian women. The findings guide SHE-UNET’s training
and capacity-building activities, ensuring they address real challenges and opportunities.
